So, who am I?

My name is Keith "Robert" Head

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with licensure across multiple states, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my practice. My educational foundation combines a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Master of Social Work (MSW), allowing me to integrate business acumen with clinical expertise. I have been honored with a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion, and I am currently advancing my scholarship through doctoral studies in Social Work, with my degree completion anticipated soon.

This multidisciplinary training informs my research methodology, allowing me to investigate complex social phenomena through diverse theoretical frameworks that integrate business models, social work theory, and philosophical perspectives. My work aims to advance evidence-based practices and contribute to the scholarly understanding of contemporary social issues.

Social work as an agent for change.

I believe social work exists for one essential purpose: to create meaningful, positive change in people's lives. Every intervention, every program, and every policy should be measured by whether it genuinely improves someone's circumstances, well being, or opportunities.
